What brought you here for? Was that you graduation? Or what? "

“It is for the relationships with my friends like you. Because of such precious friendships I would love to come back here. it was not merely for my graduation.”

    What I gain from APNTS, I came to love study! it was a miracle in my life. 

 

この日の午後、卒業インタビューが僕だけのため1時間以上もたれました。3人の教授たちに囲まれ、矢継ぎ早に神学的な質問をされました。

「ウエスレアンホーリネスを定義しなさい」とか、

「他の神学と比べてそれは、どうことなる」とか、いろいろ

なので、こまかいことは本を開いてみなければわかりません」と答えました。　　

　僕にとって、もっとも大切なこと以外はその都度勉強すればいいと考えてます。」と答えると、別のやさしい女性教授が、では質問を変えましょうと、なんども言ってくださいました。

　　でも最後に「なにがあなたをもう一度ＡＰＮＴＳにこさせましたか？」とその先生がいわれました。僕は自信をもって「僕の大切なあなたたちのようなお友達に会いたかったからです」と答えると、雰囲気がちょっとなごやかに... 

   そう、神学校で習ったことは、「それぞれの教科の勉強の方法」でした。どんなに勉強しても一つの教科をさわった、いやっ、なめたにすぎないと考えています。

　でも3年以上学んで良かったこと、それは、この勉強だいっきらいな僕が、勉強大好きになりました。すごくない？
