2nd Day: GOT A GOOD JOB!

Praise the LORD! God has granted me a full-time job under Japan International Food for the Hungry, a very dedicated christian organization! 


2010年6月11日、神様の深い憐れみと一方的な恵みにより、飢餓対策機構のフルタイムスタッフの仮採用（半年間）に選ばれました。

How the miracle has happened to me? 
どのようにこのプレゼントが与えられたの？

1. A friend of mine in church was for awhile a roommate of a staff of JIFH! 
2. The staff was looking for someone suitable of JIFH. immediately when my older brother heard this, he remembered and encouraged me to take it with joy.
3. Suddenly, Pastor. Tamura, one of the executive of it could meet and share their passion and responsibilities to fight against poverty all over the world.
4. Pastor. Tamura showed a warm welcome to JIFH and gave me an opportunity to proceed a final interview before all the executives of JIFH where their headquarters are in Osaka. 
5. I went there and they gave me, "OK" for a trial employment(first for a half year)!

Kyuhoji Grace Chapel

1. 何とチャーチにいる友達のルームメイトがこの飢餓対策機構で働くスタッフでした。
2.  （滅多に人材を募集しないらしい）この機構がこの時期、新たな人を求めているということでした。始め兄に話しが行きましたが、兄が僕に紹介し、励ましてくれたので、僕も真剣に祈り始めました。(2010年5月半ば)
3. 突然、お茶の水のオフィスで広島地区代表の田村先生という方が、僕と会って、飢餓対策機構について話して下さることに！
4. 田村先生は、この飢餓対策機構のビジョンとパッションを熱く語って下さり、僕と話しをした後、「後藤君、君みたいな人を待っていたんだ」「...君はここに来るためにひょっとしたら今まで準備されて来たのかもしれない」「明日からでも来て欲しい」などと大変温かく僕をウェルカムして下さいました。(2010年5月末)
5. 「大阪で理事会があるんだけど、そこで顔を見せて欲しい。詳細はその後決まると思うから」と大阪へ飛ぶことに。　
6. 大阪で10人以上の理事の前で突然自己紹介をし、いろいろな角度から質問を受けましたが無事終了し、「仮採用」が決定いたしました。(2010年6月11日)

 

最終面談後、理事の一人でITの社長が大阪名物「ネギ焼き」を家族ぐるみでご馳走して下さいまいした。バカうまでした！！ありがとうございます。

One of the executive, an IT president treated me for a special Osaka food called, "Negiyaki". soooo delicious!
ちょいと緊張ぎみでしたが、様々な種類のお好み焼きでお腹も、心も満腹でした。素敵なご家族に会えてまた、仲良くなれて幸せでした。

Ptr. Iwasaki, the chief executive of JIFH shared "how we know of God's will" with youth people gathering for a general youth meeting of Grace Church.
飢餓対策機構の新理事長、岩橋牧師「御心を知る方法」の熱いメッセージ
　　


理事長が、僕の帰り際に「後藤君、今晩今からグレースチャペルの連合青年会があるんだけど、よかったら出て行かない？全国18あるグレースチャペルからたくさんの青年がくるからいい交わり出来るよ。」と言われました。

「はっ、はい、もちろん、参加させていただきます。」と100人くらいの青年たちとサービスを共にし、祈り、フェローシップの時を持たせていただきました。


感謝：今まで就職活動のために祈り続けて下さったお一人お一人のみなさま、本当に、本当にありがとうございました。

またこれからは、僕のベストをもってチャーチとお仕事を両立させていくことができるようにぜひ続けてお祈り下さいませ。


Thanks soooooo much for your sincere prayer for me finding a good full-time job. Without your hearts shown in your prayer, I would not have been able to get such a great job like this. 


Please continually pray for me to be able to serve my local church, especially the small group that I have been leading and this job in a good balanced way that God will be pleased.  Thank you again, Bless you!
